Pennsylvania Paranormal Report

The report details the 'Wem Town Hall' incident in Shropshire, England, dated November 19, 1995. A man took a photo during a fire that appeared to show a spectral girl. A debunking attempt claimed the photo was enhanced from a 1938 postcard. However, analysis showed the dress style was common for the period, and other women in the postcard had similar dresses. Crucially, the facial features and head angle in the Wem photo did not match the postcard.
