• UFORA89001 (9 Jan 1988, Sydney NSW): A man lying on his back saw a group of small, bright lights passing overhead.
• UFORA89002 (Early 1960s, Brisbane QLD): A "silver balloon" was seen travelling across the sky at high altitude for 50 minutes.
• UFORA89003 (19 Mar 1986, East Ballina NSW): A 65-year-old man witnessed a silent, triangular object travelling North.
• UFORA89004 (Jun 1973, Sydney NSW): Two women reported a stationary object with bright lights, followed by one seeing a disc with a window and two forms inside.
• UFORA89005 (c. 1974, Sydney NSW): A woman observed a large, bright light stationary in the sky for 5-10 minutes.
• UFORA89006 (26 May 1989, Sydney NSW): A 7-year-old boy described a "rocket" and later a cigar-shaped, whitish grey object moving slowly and then accelerating rapidly.
• UFORA89007 (20 Oct 1978, Dunedoo NSW): A woman saw an oval-shaped, pinky-red object travelling at high speed and shrinking until lost to sight, with no sound.
• UFORA89008 (Jun 1984, Country QLD): A man observed a bright light like a helicopter over 3 weeks, and later a large object hovering over trees with a window. An old man reported a UFO crash nearby, with military personnel cordoning off the area.
• UFORA89009 (1975/76, Country NSW): A couple saw a bright object approach their car, becoming a silver cigar with short wings, and saw figures in silver suits inside.
• UFORA89010 (1972, Carnarvon WA): A group reported seeing a bright, extended-sized object, and a photograph was taken.
• UFORA89011 (1983, St Albans VIC): Two people reported being transported a short distance instantly while walking across a paddock.
• UFORA89012 (10 Jul 1989, Clare SA): A 1-meter diameter yellow/white ball of light hovered stationary over a sofa, and two people noted their feet glowing like an X-ray.
• UFORA89013 (1976-1989, Brisbane QLD): A complex "contactee" case involving UFOs, a silver-suited entity, and possible Men in Black (MIB) activity.
• UFORA89014 (Mar 1989, Flinders Ranges SA): A bright light was seen disappearing over a hillside, and later a 7m diameter doughnut-shaped ring was found.
• UFORA89015 (2 Jan 1972, Lake Eyre SA): A pilot and passenger photographed a 30m diameter ring on the lake bed.
• UFORA89016 (1966-1989, Salisbury SA): A lifelong account of separate incidents including bedside figures, being taken somewhere, seeing entities, precognitive dreams, and psychic experiences.
• UFORA89017 (Mar 1977, Gisborne New Zealand): A complex account of the Gisborne flap involving skywatches, multiple UFO observations, unusual events, and a possible abduction.
• UFORA89018 (1966, Orbost VIC): A couple observed an unusual object, with a period of missing time involved.
• UFORA89019 (Lifelong, QLD): A lifelong contactee case.

• UFORA89021 (5 Jun 1989, Dorrigo NSW): Two pilots tracked an object at 4,000km/h on aircraft radar, which moved off screen in a straight line track within 4 minutes.
• UFORA89022 (16 Jun 1989, Yowah QLD): Two brothers saw a large object (2/3rds the size of the Moon) with six smaller objects around it.
• UFORA89023 (Nov 1988, Yowah QLD): Two brothers lost an hour of time while in a mine shaft, with their watches indicating the lost time.
• UFORA89024 (1975, Port Wakfield SA): Projectile testing film revealed an object in the background moving around, which was reportedly given to the RAAF but not found in their files.
