'Zond' Center Anniversary: The Ukrainian scientific research center for the study of anomalies, 'Zond', celebrated its 7th anniversary on October 21, 2004. The center, which succeeded the Kiev Commission of Anomalous Phenomena, was founded by A. Bilyk, O. Pruss, and A. Pugach, and was previously headed by Academician G.S. Pisarenko.

Fake Media Warning: The issue warns of an upcoming wave of fake photo and video evidence of UFOs, which will likely flood platforms like YouTube and RuTube, further discrediting the field of ufology. Geomagnetic Activity Analysis: The Scientific Research Analytical Center IPEE, in conjunction with the monitoring center MNIC EIBC, analyzed geomagnetic activity. Following a week of high solar activity, a significant magnetic storm was predicted and occurred on September 25, 2011. The geomagnetic disturbance index reached an extreme Kp=9.
