This issue of MÅNEDS NUT, the newsletter for SUFOI's District 28/29, serves as the fourth publication of its first year. It is published by the Virum UFOKREDS and covers the period of November and December 1969.

Kredsens Formål (Group's Purpose)

Medlemsbetingelser (Membership Conditions)

To become a member, individuals must agree to personally contribute to fulfilling the group's purpose. Additionally, they must pay a fee, determined by the leadership, which is used to fund the group's activities.

Members are entitled to participate in study groups and their associated events. They also receive regular issues of "Månedsnyt," which contains information relevant to members.

Kommende Mødeaftener (Upcoming Meeting Evenings)

The newsletter details a schedule of upcoming meetings:

• November 11th, 19:30: The evening will cover two topics: 1. Venus (FAP), focusing on astronomical data and current theories about the planet, and 2. Orientation (FA), featuring UFO slide presentations and discussions about the events and observations behind them.
• November 14th, 19:45: A public lecture titled "Flying Saucers – A Reality" will be held at VARTOV, Farvergade 27. The lecture will be given by SUFOI's leader, Major civ.ing. Frank Pedersen, and will include slides and a Q&A session. Tickets cost 5.- kr.
• November 25th, 19:30: This meeting includes three segments: 1. UFO-tape, featuring a recording of a 1966 radio UFO broadcast. 2. Mars (FA), discussing the planet Mars astronomically. 3. Philosophy (JH), marking the group's first foray into philosophical topics.
• December 2nd, 19:30: The topics for this evening are: 1. Mars's moons (FL), exploring whether they are ordinary. 2. Orientation (FA), and 3. Philosophy, continuing from the previous meeting.
• December 16th, 19:30: This is a festive evening titled "Julehygge" (Christmas coziness) for all members. It will include "Julesnak" (Christmas chat) and other festive activities. The plan is to consume Glögg (mulled wine) and hand-made apple slices. Members are requested to register for this event in advance.

Orientering (Orientation)

The "Orientation" segment at each meeting will exclusively cover UFO-related material, including reports, theories on UFO force fields, propulsion, origins, and contactee accounts. Some sessions will be enhanced with slides or tape recordings. This segment is intended to be a regular feature of the meetings.

OBS. OBS. (Attention Attention)

Starting immediately, evening meetings will commence at 19:45. Attendees who arrive late are asked not to disrupt the proceedings. If a scheduled speaker is unable to attend, they are requested to inform Inge by 19:00 on the day of the meeting.

1 ÅR (1 Year)

The Virum UFO-kreds is celebrating its first anniversary. The initial idea for the group emerged on December 3rd, 1968, when Peter Alf Hansen from the Hellerup UFO-klub gathered interested individuals to establish a more active local UFO research group. The group has grown to 14-15 members and hopes to continue for many more years.

Litteratur (Literature)

In response to frequent requests for UFO literature, an overview of the materials available for borrowing by members is included. Books marked with 'x)' are not for loan but can be studied during meetings. Material requests should be made the meeting prior to ensure availability.

UFO-Nyt 1970

The publication UFO-Nyt will be released 6 times in the coming year, costing 30.- kr. for the entire year. Orders can be placed with Irma Andersen at Borgmestervangen 8, Rander.

Kontingent (Dues)

A reminder is issued regarding membership dues, with a note that Gitte is eagerly awaiting the settlement of any outstanding payments.
