New UFO Meeting in Nice

The newsletter announces the opening of a new UFO meeting in the city of Nice, France. The new meeting in Nice will also feature Eric ZURCHER, author of a book on humanoid apparitions, and Guy Tarade, who supports the initiative. The CRUN team, including Patrick TARDY, Pierre BOITIERE, Serge MEREU, Christine SCHRODER, Gérard MATHIEU, Sylvie PRUSCINI, and René PICO, will also be present. Serge TINLAND, founder of the 'Phenix Project', is also involved. The team plans for the meeting to grow, potentially reaching a hundred participants.

The inaugural meeting in Nice is scheduled for Saturday, June 27, 2009, at 7:00 PM at the TEXAS TRUCK (222 Route de Grenoble). This event aims to bring people together to consolidate this new meeting point for UFO and anomaly enthusiasts. Participants are encouraged to share their ideas on the meeting's structure, frequency, themes, and guest personalities. The agenda will also include discussions on regional UFO news. The venue, a converted American-style bus, offers a buffet with Tex-Mex specialties for 14 Euros (excluding drinks). The event is organized voluntarily, with no membership fees, though attendees pay for their own consumption.

• Vichy Ufological Meeting (May 15, 2009): Nearly ten people gathered for the second meeting in Vichy. Despite a late date and holiday conflicts, a new participant presented a document and a surprising photo, sparking lively discussion. • 'OVNI DANS L'YONNE : LA VAGUE DE NOVEMBRE 1990': A new book by Rémy Fauchereau and Remi Couvignou details 11 cases of UFO sightings in the Yonne department from November 5, 1990. The book includes detailed accounts and sketches. Rémi Cauvignou, the co-author and publisher, wrote the preface and a text addressing debunkers' criticisms.
