Level #6, nicknamed "NIGHT-MARE HALL," reportedly contains Genetic Labs where bizarre experimentation occurs, with workers reporting sightings of multi-legged "humans," Reptilian-humans, furry creatures, winged humanoids, gargoyle-like beings, and DRACO-reptoids. Level #7 allegedly holds thousands of humans and human mixtures in cold storage, along with embryo storage vats.

In 1978, a group of workers discovered the truth, leading to the "Dulce Wars." The base is said to house over 18,000 "Aliens." A confrontation in late 1979 resulted in the deaths of scientists and military personnel. The base is currently active, and human/animal abductions slowed in the mid-1980s with the production of artificial blood by Livermore Berkeley Labs.

A clash involving 66 people from the National Recon Group and the DELTA group (responsible for security of Alien-connected Projects) resulted in their deaths. The DELTA Group's insignia is described as a black triangle on a red background, with the triangle symbolizing the Greek letter Delta. The area around Dulce has seen numerous reported Animal Mutilations, allegedly used by the Government and Aliens for environmental tests and psychological warfare. Aliens also sought large amounts of blood for genetic and nutritional reasons. UFOS OVER KIRKALDY, FIFE

This section details a UFO sighting on August 16, 1997, at approximately 12:45 am, by the author and his girlfriend in Kirkcaldy, Fife.
