Field Investigator Training

The newsletter announces the conclusion of the first round of Field Investigator (FI) training classes, which were given by FI John Bainbridge and CI Butch Witkowski. Participants from both east and west received Certificates of Completion. A new class is reportedly in the planning stages, and thanks are extended to all who attended.

Upcoming Events

Awareness Day - June 28, 2009

An "Awareness Day" event is scheduled for June 28, 2009, at the New Cumberland Senior Citizens Center, located at 122 Geary Ave., New Cumberland, PA. Doors open at 1200 Hrs (noon). The featured speaker is Dennis Balthaser, a researcher from Roswell, NM, who will discuss the Roswell and Dulce cases. Attendees interested in the "Dulce War" are encouraged to bring notebooks. Awareness Day - July 19, 2009

A second "Awareness Day" is scheduled for July 19, 2009, at Germ Books, 2005 Frankford Ave., Philadelphia, PA. The event will run from 1000 hrs (10 AM) to 1700 hrs (5 PM). The featured speaker is Peter Robbins, a researcher and author who will speak on the Rendlesham Forest UFO Incident. The PA MUFON UFO Conference

This will be the second UFO Conference hosted by PA MUFON. It is scheduled to take place at Westmoreland Community College on October 17, 2009, from 1000 hrs (10 AM) to 1800 hrs (6 PM). The conference will feature presentations from UFO, Paranormal, and Bigfoot Investigators.

MUFON's 40th International UFO Symposium

MUFON's 40th International UFO Symposium is scheduled for August 6-9, 2009, in Denver, Colorado. More information and reservation details can be found on www.mufon.com. Additional information is also available in the MUFON Journal this month.

Presentations in Pennsylvania

PA MUFON Investigators are scheduled to give presentations in various areas of Pennsylvania, including Bristol, Reading, and Harrisburg. Specific dates and times will be posted in the newsletter and on the website.
