Past Events

PA MUFON conducted a PowerPoint presentation titled "The UFO Phenomenon" for the Spirit Society of Pennsylvania on May 16, 2009. This event is described as an annual 'Spirit Day' and a significant success.

A Field Investigators training course was held in Greensburg, PA, on May 17, 2009. John Bainbridge and the author (presumably Butch) covered a range of topics, and attendees had the opportunity to view John's equipment. Certificates were awarded at the conclusion of the class.

Upcoming Events

Field Investigator Training, East: Scheduled for May 31, 2009, at Germ Books in Philadelphia, PA, from 11:30 AM to 2:30 PM. Interested individuals are advised to contact State Section Director Bob Gardner for directions.

A note indicates that the location for Section 1 and 2 Field Investigator Training will be announced in the June newsletter.

Awareness Day Schedule:

• New Cumberland, PA: June 28, 2009, at the New Cumberland Senior Citizens Center, 122 Geary Ave. Field Investigators interested in helping are asked to contact Butch at [email protected].
• Philadelphia, PA: July 19, 2009, at Germ Books, 2005 Frankford Ave., from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

PA MUFON UFO CONFERENCE: This event will take place at Westmoreland Community College on Saturday, October 17, 2009, from 10 AM to 6 PM. The conference promises a well-rounded presentation from UFO, Paranormal, and Bigfoot Investigators.
