Unusual Object Seen in Texas

Tom Bowman recounts his experience on January 8th, 2006, at the Destination South Padre RV Resort in Texas. While walking with friends after dusk, he observed two large, bright lime green circles stationary in the sky, estimated to be 4 feet in diameter. There was no sound or motion. After about five seconds, the objects descended into the south bay area. Bowman did not see the object hit the surface, but surmised it went into the water. He noted the absence of any sound, splash, or crash. He later checked with the coast guard, who had no record of missions in that area that night but did contact Corpus Christi, who mentioned a 'Falcon' chopper that night, though not in that location or at that time. Bowman estimates the time was after 6:30 PM, when it was dark. He describes the object's descent as slow and steady, like an elevator. He includes a sketch of the area and a description of his position and approximate elevation to the object.

OCCUPANT ENCOUNTER OF 1967 - A Homegrown Event!

Scott J. Santa shares the account of David Morris of Munroe Falls, Ohio, regarding a 1967 UFO landing event. Morris, then 20 years old, was driving home around 2:20 AM on March 28th, 1967, when he spotted an orangish-red glow to his left. Upon cresting a hill, he saw a glowing, wedge or cone-shaped object, approximately 25 feet tall and 12 feet wide, in a wheat field. The object appeared translucent. He then saw 4 or 5 small figures, about 3 to 4 feet tall with disproportionately large heads, moving quickly across the road. Morris' car struck one of the figures. He heard and felt a 'thump' and glimpsed an arm 'like a thumbless mitten.' His car traveled another 8 to 10 feet before stopping. Terrified, he fled the scene. The next day, Morris and a friend returned to the spot but found no evidence, except for his car's skid marks. His car had 3 dents in the front bumper and right headlight ring, which he stated had not been there the previous day. Morris did not report the incident for fear of ridicule. The encounter was later interviewed by Virgil E. Tarlton, who noted that Morris had the impression the object was hovering 2 to 3 feet above the ground, its light came from within, and it made no sound. Morris recalled an odor resembling 'hot brass' and felt 'cold and clammy' after seeing the beings. The incident was investigated by the Pittsburgh NICAP Subcommittee. The author, who now works as a letter carrier in Munroe Falls, believes he knows the exact location of the event, which was likely more desolate in 1967.

Prince Philip and Royal Family Believe in UFOs

This section reports on the British Royal Family's alleged interest and belief in UFOs. Prince William is noted as being the newest member to research space aliens, following a precedent set by his grandfather, Prince Philip, a serious UFO believer since the 1950s. Prince Charles's airplane was reportedly buzzed by a UFO in 1986. Prince Philip is said to have kept a map of UFO hot spots in his office. The article mentions a face-to-face encounter between Prince Philip's equerry, Air Marshall Peter Horsley, and an alien named 'Janus' in 1954. RAF jets were unable to shoot down a spacecraft observed at Balmoral Castle in 1996. A red UFO similar to one that chased Prince Charles's plane was seen over Windsor Castle in 1986. Princess Diana's friend reported a 'scorched circle 75 feet in diameter' left by a flying saucer in 1991. Glenda Line reported seeing a huge bright light in the sky the night before Princess Diana's funeral in 1997, which she interpreted as 'Diana's star.' The section also includes a correction regarding Prince William's royal title.

STS-115 The “Censored” Object!

This report details an unusual event during the flight of STS-115 Atlantis on September 19, 2006. During a simultaneous radio conference between Atlantis, Soyuz TMA-9, and the ISSy, an anomalous object appeared off Atlantis' nose as the Shuttle passed over Australia. The INCO noticed the anomaly and zoomed in with a remotely controlled video camera. The image was distorted, acquiring a 'doughnut hole' effect. When focus was sharpened, it appeared oval. The INCO cut the 'live' feed, and the anomalous part of the video was later truncated from replays. The author questions why NASA would excise such an object if it were mere ice or debris, suggesting it was not of conventional origin and citing previous instances of censorship by NASA.

Dr. Leir Removes Possible Alien Implant

On September 23rd, 2006, Dr. Roger Leir and his surgical team performed their 12th surgery to remove an object suspected of being an Alien Implant from a female patient's 3rd toe. The patient had a history involving the Alien Abduction phenomena. The object was described as a metallic rod, about 6 mm in length, covered with a biological coating, emitting an electromagnetic field of 4 milligauss and a radio frequency signal. The object had moved from its original location and fractured into three pieces during the extraction. The metallic portion was separated from the soft tissue and placed in a blood serum preservative for analysis. The patient expressed interest in remembering more of her experiences and will be referred to a hypnotherapist.

Donnie Blessing's Review of Whitley Streiber's Latest Book

Donnie Blessing reviews Whitley Strieber's book 'The Grays.' Blessing, who is not typically a science fiction fan, found the book engaging. He notes that the story is based in a small Kentucky town called Wilton and features characters like the Callaghan family and their neighbor, Marcie Cotton. Blessing draws parallels between the book's plot, particularly the 'Screaming Woman of Morehead Kentucky Case' which he and Kenny Young investigated, and the fictional account. He highlights similarities in the characters and the event described in the book, suggesting that Strieber may have based elements of his story on real-life cases.

Back Road Mystery & High Strangeness

Michael Zempter recounts his experiences giving presentations on UFOs and aliens in southern Ohio in 1990. He describes an incident where a man advised him not to give further presentations, and audience members experienced psychic pain. He also details an encounter with two women who reported a 'missing time' experience involving the grandmother. The grandmother had driven to a grocery store and was missing for five hours, returning with no memory of the time elapsed. Her car also exhibited unusual paint cracking. Zempter relates this to his own 'missing time' experience and speculates on the cause.
