KC MUFON Meeting (November 10, 2015)

The newsletter highlights a KC MUFON meeting scheduled for Tuesday, November 10, 2015, noting a day change to Tuesday. The meeting format includes a social and dinner from 6:00-7:00 p.m. followed by a presentation at 7:00 p.m. at Perkins Restaurant, located at 39th St and 291 Hwy across from Wal-Mart in Independence. The guest speaker is Larry Jordan, Assistant State Director for Kansas MUFON. His topic is a case he investigated in central Kansas where a witness captured a photograph of a saucer-shaped UFO during a rainstorm with a lightning strike. Larry Jordan will present the photograph and explain the findings of the investigation. The newsletter includes a brief biography of Larry Jordan, detailing his personal quest for knowledge and his involvement with MUFON since 1999, including becoming a Kansas Field Investigator and Star Team Member.

A donation of $5.00 is suggested for the meeting, which is a dinner meeting. KC MUFON meetings are open to MUFON members and long-time attendees. Greater St. Louis MUFON Meetings

These meetings are held on the Third Wednesdays from 6:30-9:00 p.m. at C.J. Muggs, located at 101 W. Lockwood, Webster Groves, MO 63119. The manager, Sam, will provide driving and parking directions. Meetings are open to the public, with a suggested donation of $2.00 per person. The St. Louis area meetings feature guest speakers in person and via SKYPE, covering UFOs and related topics. Debbie Ziegelmeyer also provides a monthly update on Missouri UFO sightings and activity. The next meeting is scheduled for November 18th, and the December 16th meeting will feature Chuck Zukowski via SKYPE.

Mid-Missouri MUFON Meeting

This meeting takes place on the Second Tuesdays at 6:00 PM at Lone Star Steak House, 3220 Vandiver Dr, Columbia, MO. It is a dinner meeting where attendees order from the menu. No one under the age of 16 is allowed. There is no charge for the meeting itself, but a collection will be taken to help defray speaker expenses. • Professor David Jacobs: Professor David Jacobs, PhD, will be speaking via SKYPE about Hybrids and other types of aliens and abductions. His new book is "Walking Among Us." He is an Associate Professor of History at Temple University specializing in twentieth-century American history and culture, with extensive research on UFOs.
• MUFON UFO Radio: Information is provided about MUFON UFO Radio, which can be listened to at www.kqraradio.com, featuring guests like Stanton Friedman.
