In Case You Missed It.........Joe Fex

This article, by Barry Roth, COMUFON Newsletter Co-Editor, highlights the November speaker, Joe Fex, a paranormal and Bigfoot researcher. Fex, who maintains an extensive archival library, believes the public needs to change its perspective on unusual phenomena like UFOs and Bigfoot. He discussed how UFOs were described in biblical times as 'columns of fire.' An 1887 incident in South America is recounted, where a family of nine experienced severe symptoms including vomiting, hair loss, and skin blackening after witnessing a bright white light and hearing a buzzing sound, suggesting exposure to a powerful, unknown technology. The article also references an 1814 British publication about a man in England who died nine days after encountering two brightly lit objects and a booming voice. Fex also presented historical UFO photos, including one from 1870 in New Hampshire depicting a 'mountain of frost' with a hovering rectangular black object. Fex's other area of expertise is Bigfoot research, and he is organizing an expedition to eastern Tennessee in the spring of 2005 to observe what he believes to be a Bigfoot tribe. He shared details about sightings and named two beings, 'Fox' and a 12'-14' Bigfoot named 'Canunea.' Fex believes these beings have been around as long as humans, possess their own language, may be telepathic, and are abducted by aliens, experiencing similar pain and humiliation as humans. He noted that every U.S. state except Rhode Island and Hawaii has had a Bigfoot sighting. The article concludes with the question: 'Is Bigfoot slowly making themselves known to man?'

November Meeting UFO Investigation Updates

Authored by Alejandro Rojas, COMUFON Newsletter Editor, this section provides updates from the November COMUFON meeting, where Ethan Rich, COMUFON Director of Investigations, arranged for updates on ongoing investigations. A few investigators attended a weekend trip to Longmont to interview witnesses. Newly certified investigator Randy VanLandingham briefed attendees.

The first witness reported seeing orbs on October 9th around 5:30 PM. The witness, in his late 60s, and his son (early 30s) observed spherical objects moving without any discernible order. An elderly neighbor and some children also confirmed seeing the objects. Approximately 20 spheres were observed for 45 minutes.

The second witness reported a sighting in early September of a rectangular object with two rows of four lights that appeared to be glowing rather than emitting light. The object, seen at dusk, seemed to have wings and was observed moving slowly from west to east. The witness estimated its size such that their thumb would cover half of it.

The third witness saw a light in the sky in late September, describing it as very large and feeling a telepathic connection. The object moved slowly from east to west for 30 minutes around 6 or 7 PM.

Ethan Rich also presented video evidence. One video, from Minturn, showed a round object that changed colors quickly. Another video, taken by investigator Stace Von Tussell, showed shiny orbs and a stationary bright point of light in Denver. Ethan is continuing to analyze these and other reports.

In Case You Missed It... Jim Frazier

This article, by Barry Roth, COMUFON Newsletter Co-Editor, covers the September monthly meeting in Montrose, featuring guest speaker Jim Frazier. Frazier, a former newspaper reporter and investigative journalist, discussed his new book, 'Transformation of a Common Man: The Brian Scott Story.' The book details Brian Scott's journey, which began with seeing an unusual orange ball of light and losing two hours of time. His transformation continued in an Incan Temple in South America, described as 'Quantum Evolution to mind level 8.' An alien race, the Nordics, explained that such transformations have occurred nine times before. The Nordics and another alien race, the Grays, collaborated with the Incas to help humans achieve enlightenment. However, the Grays now wish to intervene, but the Nordics negotiated with the U.S. government to halt their interference, contingent on humankind achieving enlightenment by December 24th, 2011.

Brian Scott developed a machine called the Neural-Optical-Responder, a technology involving neurological and optical collusion, which earned him commendation from President Jimmy Carter in 1980. Frazier's book suggests a race against time for humanity to psychologically and technologically develop to 'mind level 8' before the Grays intervene. Frazier has completed a screenplay based on these events and is seeking to produce a documentary.
