Being placed in a new world implies being there to learn its specific lessons, achieved through high merit.

Vibrations and Worlds

It is stated that the vibrations of a soul's bodies determine which world they belong to, while the vibrations of the 'Ego' determine the planet. The mental world represents a higher form of development where material concerns are left behind, and one engages with the higher spiritual and abstract. A key difference from the astral world is contact with high spirits, facilitated by sufficiently rapid vibrations, especially in the higher spheres.

The Masters and Their Disciples

The text introduces "Våra Mästare" (Our Masters), described as high spiritual beings residing in the Himalayas and Tibet. They possess bodies of high vibrational frequency, invisible to physical eyes when necessary, and can manipulate time, space, and dimensions. They serve humanity, remaining anonymous due to the hardness of human hearts. In recent times, they have revealed themselves to those ready to receive their message. Contact with these Masters is made through their disciples, who are spiritually advanced humans on Earth, often Indian yogis who have chosen to remain on Earth to serve. These disciples act as intermediaries, bridging the gap between humans and Masters, as the Masters' high vibrations prevent them from reaching lower planes directly.

The Causal World

Souls who achieve a high level of merit ascend to the causal world, which is associated with the Zodiac. Reaching this plane signifies that the causal body is highly developed, and the 'buddhi body' is ready. The causal world is the 'world of the Ego', where knowledge of higher dimensions is acquired. Souls freed from rebirth due to fulfilled karma are assigned tasks according to the decisions of higher powers, in consultation with the soul. They may choose to descend again to serve Masters on Earth or undertake tasks on other planes. If they choose to descend, they create bodies using seed atoms as a blueprint, but never a physical body, as the necessary seed atoms are absent for that purpose.

Conditions on Higher Planes and Return to Earth

For souls in the astral world, the situation differs. Many Christians, influenced by earthly teachings, believe they are in heaven and have no need for further reincarnation. However, when they learn the truth about their ongoing development, they must surrender to helping spiritual forces to arrange a new descent. Other souls, understanding they are not yet fully developed, actively seek contact through mediums to inform their relatives. They willingly accept the arrangements made by spiritual forces for the best possible conditions for a new earthly life. This period of waiting is often spent working in service, assisting newly arrived souls, orienting them, and participating in the healing of bodies that, while indestructible, can be damaged.

The Unrepentant and the Penitent

The text also addresses the 'unrepentant' – those who have sunk below human dignity, such as drunkards, thieves, and criminals. High spirits cannot descend to their low vibrational level. However, those who have understood the truth and wish to atone, but whose karma keeps them on lower astral spheres, can help these souls. They are closer to those who have fallen deeper and can achieve much good, elevating themselves in the process. The 'penitent' are likened to the one to whom Christ said, "today you will be with me in paradise." Serving all life and knowing that one's actions contribute to the good of all is described as existing in a paradisiacal environment, with Christ's presence evident in every righteous deed.
