• Scott Edward Parazynski Lectures in Prague: On Monday, August 24, 2015, former American astronaut Scott Edward Parazynski will give two lectures at the Academy of Sciences Library in Prague. The first, from 17:00 to 18:30, will be translated into Czech (100 CZK ticket). The second, from 19:00 to 20:30, will be in English only (70 CZK ticket). Further information is available on Facebook.
• November Meeting in Hlohovec: A meeting organized by SAVPJ o.z. will take place on November 21, 2015, at Stará Hora čp 4 in Hlohovec. The program includes presentations on UFOs in Slovakia, Kounovské stone circles, parapsychology, Slovak underground, and extraterrestrials.
• November Meeting in Prague: On Saturday, November 7, 2015, another meeting is planned at the restaurant U Vodárny in Prague. Those interested in presenting or participating can register via email at [email protected]. Lectures will be recorded.
• IstroCON Festival: This international festival of sci-fi, fantasy, and horror will be held at DK Ružinova, Bratislava, from September 18, 2015 (14:00) to September 20, 2015 (17:00). More information is available at http://www.istrocon.sk/.

New DVD Releases

The bulletin announces the release of new DVDs:

• DVD for KPUFO and ČSAAA Anniversaries: Commemorating the 24th anniversary of KPUFO and the 25th anniversary of ČSAAA, this DVD will feature lectures and presentations from various events, along with films, e-books, and presentations from around the world. It costs 100 CZK plus postage and packaging (20 CZK). Orders should be sent to the provided address.
• DVD from K21 Meeting (November 8, 2014): This DVD contains lectures and presentations from a meeting held on November 8, 2014, including topics like agro symbols, the paranormal challenge by skeptics, and 'devil's signs'. It costs 50 CZK plus postage.
