Magazine Overview

This issue of the "Informační bulletin" (Informational Bulletin) from the "Klub psychotroniky a UFO" (Club of Psychotronics and UFO), issue number 5/2007 (79), covers the club's activities, research, and publications. The magazine is published by the club and appears to be a Czech publication.

Our Activities

The bulletin begins with a summary of the club's recent activities. A meeting was held on December 1, 2007, in Prague, featuring presentations on "Paths of Psychotronics" by O. Válek, "Poltergeist - Origins and Ways to Solve" by L. Šafařík, and a report on Ivan Mackerle's expedition to India and Sri Lanka, accompanied by presentations and photographs. The "Přehled psychotroniky" (Review of Psychotronics), a publication, is now available to subscribers of ZAZ and Cest psychotroniky with the fifth issue of the year. The club plans to publish a small collection of papers from their seminars and intends to continue these meetings 3-4 times a year in 2008 (March, June, October, December).

A proponent of ufology plans to organize an exhibition on mysteries in Prague, with preliminary discussions underway. The exhibition, to be held in a shopping center, aims for a serious presentation of the subject. V. Šiška will lead further discussions.

International Contacts and Expeditions

In the spring of 2007, a group of friends visited Peru and participated in a ritual at a rock gate on March 21, 2007. During a vacation, investigations into the mysteries of Cyprus were conducted. Václav Cihla, a colleague, undertook another expedition to the mysteries of Peru (Nazca, Cuzco, etc.). Ivan Mackerle returned in November from an expedition to India and Sri Lanka, where they searched for valleys of mysterious lights and a tribe of indigenous people. The results of Mackerle's research are considered valuable for international researchers, and assistance with translating his articles into English is requested. Colleagues who maintain his website are thanked.

Articles about the expeditions of club members are available on the KPUFO-EXPEDICE website and the website of the East European Association of Researchers of Anomalous Phenomena (VEAS). The club is part of a global network that provides regular overviews, published weekly on KPUFO.CZ/PORTAL, reaching about 1,000 email addresses worldwide. Help with translating some of Ivan Mackerle's articles into English, especially regarding his research on the Prague Golem, is requested.

New Magazine

On November 15, 2007, the first issue of the new ufology magazine "ENIGMA" was released, published by RF Hobby (other titles include 21. stoleti, Epocha). In August of this year, the editor of the newly forming magazine contacted KPUFO seeking information about Czech mysteries. Vladimír Šiška provided information about Zvíkov, and Jitka Lenková supplied extensive materials from her archive about Panenský Týnec and Houska Castle. Further cooperation between KPUFO and the magazine "Enigma" did not materialize. The utilization of the provided materials and citation of sources will be evident in the first issue of "Enigma," and readers' feedback on this matter is welcomed.

Further Activities

Ludvík Souček's Pages

Plans are underway to create specialized pages dedicated to the work of writer Ludvík Souček. The club is requesting old clippings related to Souček, particularly from the Jihočeská pravda newspaper, such as "Flying Saucers or Steps in the Hallway" (JP 44/1969). Assistance from individuals living in České Budějovice who can obtain these from the local library is also sought, with all costs to be reimbursed.

Inquiries are made about Souček's articles (stories?) such as "Žižka ante portas," "The Murderers of Nikola Šuhaj the Robber," "Sowers of Glory," or "Sapiens nihil affirmat, quod non probat?" It is known they were written and possibly published in the seventies, but were not found in Souček's estate. Any information is appreciated.

For readers' information, a biography of Ludvík Souček is scheduled for publication next year, along with a television program about his "mysterious death." The program intends to interview Mrs. Součková.

KPUFO Příbram

An article in Sedlčanské listy titled "Knight Jiří Tomis is convinced that the underground near Skrýšov will provide evidence from WWII" is mentioned. Jiří Tomis, chairman and founder of the association "Blaničtí rytíři" (Knights of Blaník), finds symbols on trees and stones indicating hidden materials from the occupation period. The Sedlčany region was evacuated during the protectorate and used as a military training ground. It is speculated that old tunnels and passages from a fortress were used for hiding something, leading to the area being completely closed off from mid-March to May 7, 1945. The stones found by Mr. Tomis are reportedly markers for underground entrances. Mr. Tomis is preparing a book about his findings, and a group of workers has been active in Skrýšov for a year.

Věnceslav Patrovský's Pages

In 1996, Ing. Věnceslav Patrovský self-published the book "Chemical Adventures," which was not provided to libraries as a mandatory deposit. Only 50 copies were printed, and it is no longer available. Anyone possessing a copy is asked to contact the club.

Work has begun on publishing Patrovský's manuscript "Mysteries, Problems, Interesting Facts." However, some parts of the computer scan are illegible, requiring manual transcription. Assistance is sought from individuals who can proofread and transcribe approximately 10-20 pages of text.

KPUFO Ostrava

An interest in conducting experiments with Kirlian photography in Ostrava or Brno is expressed. Those interested are invited to contact [email protected] (Darius Nosreti).

KPUFO Rychnov nad Kn.

Aerial photographs were received showing a dark, very precise circle in the grass of considerable size, located near Hraštice (near Skuhrov nad Bělou).

KPUFO České Budějovice

Readers are encouraged to visit an esoteric shop in České Budějovice run by friends of the club.

SBP

Two photographs of a girl were received with a request for investigation. Those wishing to participate are invited to respond.

Underground Passages

Inquiries are made about underground passages near Sovenice built by Italians, and about passages in Valečov and Chotuc (near Křinec).

Membership Fees

Members are reminded to pay their membership fees. The membership fee includes the Informační bulletin and bulletins from other sections, such as Megalit.
