Magazine Overview

This issue of the "informační bulletin" (Information Bulletin) from the KLUB PSYCHOTRONIKY A UFO (Club of Psychotronics and UFOs), designated as issue 70 in 1/2006, provides updates on the organization's activities, research projects, and upcoming events. Reports from the Committee – Activities of KPUFO and its Sections

New Projects

KPUFO has submitted a project proposal focused on investigating and uncovering the nature of so-called magnetic or gravitational anomalies within the Czech Republic. Currently, four such anomalies are documented in the country, and the project aims to explore three of them. This initiative stems from a collaboration with the University of West Bohemia and the Faculty of Transport at the University of Pardubice. Following the publication of a report on an anomaly near Moravská Třebová, the club's newsletter "Záblesk" featured an article about another similar location near Rychnov nad Kněžnou. Shortly thereafter, Polish researchers published similar reports.

Association of Researchers in Psychotronics

This association is planning an exploration of an archaeological site in the spring, and may also engage in activities related to archaeology or history in general. They are also preparing a seminar on the topic of "automatic drawing" and the relationship between psychotronics and science. The first phase of the research is scheduled for April 15th or April 29th, 2006. Participants who have already registered or wish to join are asked to indicate their preferred date. The event will commence in Plzeň at 10:00 AM with a briefing and theoretical preparation, followed by transportation to the site for the actual research. The day will conclude with an evaluation of the results and return to Plzeň. Participants are requested to confirm their attendance to facilitate transportation arrangements.

"Cesty psychotroniky" Newsletter

The newsletter "Cesty psychotroniky" (Paths of Psychotronics) now exclusively features original materials, without relying on older articles from the ZAZ magazine. For KPUFO members, a wealth of new written materials, including collections of lectures and studies, are available. The digitization of the archive is also progressing. Access to these materials is available online via a password.

Honorary Members

Members are reminded that they can nominate individuals who have contributed to the development of research in anomalous and unexplained phenomena in the Czech Republic for honorary membership in KPUFO. Nominations can be submitted until May 14, 2006. While any member can nominate a candidate, any member also has the right to veto a nomination.

Proposal

A proposal has been put forth to name and identify individuals who consistently obstruct and discredit research efforts in anomalous phenomena. This would not be an "anti-award" in the ironic sense, but rather a designation that reflects the true state of affairs, akin to the "Bludný balvan" (Errant Boulder) award, which also targets pseudoscientific activities. The proposal suggests that such a designation would be more impactful if it originated from the research community itself.

Changes in Membership Fee Payment

Members are reminded of the necessity of timely payment of membership fees and magazine subscriptions. Membership fees have not changed for several years. The bulletin notes that starting from 2007, there will be an increase in subscription and membership fees for KPUFO. However, members will continue to receive preferential rates, including for the ZAZ magazine. The current prices for 2006 are listed in parentheses. The increase is described as not drastic. In addition to magazines, KPUFO members receive the "Informační bulletin" and a new section called "Megalit" is publishing its own bulletin. It is expected that other sections will follow suit. The main focus of the organization remains the search and verification of anomalous phenomena cases. Interested members are encouraged to express their interest in participating in investigations. The KPUFO portal (http://www.kpufo.cz/portal) is highlighted as a daily source of articles, announcements, and information about magazines and events. Members are urged to regularly visit the portal and inform their friends about it.

From the Life of Organizations and Societies

On January 22, 2005, a meeting of FFC members took place in Otvovice, with guests from Záře, KPUFO, and others. The main meeting of Záře took place on March 4, 2005, at the Airclub in Ruzyně.

Club of Psychotronics and UFO

KPUFO has offered to collaborate with the Society for the Research of Stone Crosses in Aš to organize a seminar on "Problems of Megalithic Monuments in the Czech Republic and their Context" on April 1st or 8th, 2006, at Hotel Victoria in Plzeň. They are awaiting a response and asking interested individuals to indicate their participation. A meeting of the Podorlicko region is organized by Klub Záblesk on June 10-11, 2006, in Česká Skalice. A meeting of Ufology friends of scientifically unexplained phenomena (formerly in Morkovice) will be held at the Nesměř recreation center from May 26-28, 2006, with a cost of 700 CZK. The magazine Delta, a newsletter for research societies, is now available online with a new look. KPUFO members can read it for free on the internal pages or pay 60 CZK/year for a printed version. The SFINGA 2006 meeting, organized by CMA and FFC, will take place on May 20, 2006, at Houska Castle, with limited participant numbers due to capacity and other reasons. Those who have attended previous meetings and are interested in attending again are asked to email their names. The meeting will feature presentations on underground or unexplained mysteries and will include PC technology with a data projector. Researcher Ivan Mackerle is planning an expedition in May-June 2006 to Yakutia, to the "Valley of Death," where alleged extraterrestrial artifacts are said to be hidden.

International Activities of KPU

Efforts to revive the Central European Council of Researchers for Cooperation in the Field of Anomalous Phenomena are facing language barriers. Members who can assist with translations into Russian or Polish are encouraged to volunteer. The organization is also seeking individuals to help with correspondence with foreign researchers.

Help Paranormal Research

• The club's archive has received a significant amount of material, including original works on geopatogenic zones. Anyone who can help with translation from German is requested to come forward.
• If you know of a place with a reputed or actual sacrificial stone, please share information and photos. Reports and legends about the Templars in your region are also requested.
• Information about last year's findings for a compilation of agro-symbols is sought.
• The user is looking for the book "Kniha nevysvětleného" (Book of the Unexplained) and "Tajemství ohně" (Secret of Fire) by J. Berggier. Assistance in obtaining these books is requested.

I Feel Earth Tremors

A personal account describes feeling earth tremors for approximately 20 years, not limited to specific areas but occurring broadly, including in Mexico, Pakistan, Iran, Indonesia, Náchodsko in the Czech Republic, and a mine explosion in Poland.

Club of Psychotronics and UFO

Thanks to the Club of Psychotronics and UFO, the author can compare seismic station records with their own seismic observations, noting surprising correlations. The author expresses a belief that more people possess this sensitivity and regrets that they are not aware of each other to share experiences and consult with experts in earth movements and tremors, thereby combining advanced technology with human sensitivity.

Poltergeist in Moravia

Several reports of anomalous phenomena have been received concerning the Břeclav area, including Valtice Castle, Pohansko, and Nesovice (Vyškov). This presents an opportunity for colleagues in Moravia to utilize their abilities. Research is not limited to Moravia; individuals willing to engage with the other world and bear travel expenses are welcome to participate.

This internal material of the Club of Psychotronics and UFO is published every two months, with a print run equal to the number of members.
