O MY DARLING CLEMENTINE! #### The Weeping Virgin of Toulouse
An account is given of a painting of the Virgin Mary holding the Infant Jesus in a convent in Toulouse, France. The painting is reported to weep real tears and talk. Publication Schedule The IUFOPRA JOURNAL will now be issued twice yearly, in January and June, due to the high cost of printing multiple copies. The IUFOPRA NEWSLETTER output will be limited to one issue every three months (January, April, July, October). However, future issues will have more pages.

Campaign for New Members The Public Relations Officer, Cart Nally, is actively campaigning to recruit new members for IUFOPRA. Details are to be found on Cablolink International UFO Protesters. The membership is listed as 'Undated' at 500, with 400 vacancies.

Annual Subscription The C Director is considering reducing the annual subscription from £12 to £6 per year. This decision is pending committee approval.
