• Spokesperson: The Council will have a spokesperson selected from its members for public communication, serving a one-month term based on alphabetical order.
• Confidentiality: All communication between Council members regarding issue resolution will be confidential.
• Public Information: The public will be informed of conclusions and adopted resolutions through press releases or statements.
• Commitment: Adopted conclusions will be binding for Council participants and their respective associations, prohibiting actions contrary to jointly agreed-upon conclusions.
• Duration: Membership begins upon signing the statute and ends with a written declaration of withdrawal.
