Editorial and Association Update

The "Ordförande har ordet" (Chairman's Word) section, written by Anders, introduces the magazine and congratulates Camilla and Lina for their work in creating it. The Umeå UFO Association was originally founded in 1978 but became inactive in 1984 due to a lack of members. It was revived in 1994 with a new board, aiming to research the UFO phenomenon, increase understanding and acceptance of it in the region, map UFO phenomena historically and currently, identify observed UFO phenomena, maintain contact with authorities, support UFO witnesses, and publish a member magazine.

The association is an ideological organization open to all interested in UFOs, based in Umeå and affiliated with UFO Sverige. The first year saw approximately 30 members. The magazine also lists Camilla Westerlund as the responsible publisher, Lina Tonegran for graphics and layout, and Camilla and Lina for material and articles.

Swedish Observations

Several Swedish sightings are detailed:

• Varberg, 10/11/96: Johan Johansson reported seeing three yellow lights in formation that changed direction and disappeared.
• Umeå, 16/12/95: A man returning from France saw a long, cigar-shaped object hovering south of Umeå for about an hour.
• Trosa, 1968: Three friends observed a large, silent object with round windows that released three smaller, vibrating disk-shaped objects, which then flew off towards Stockholm, Södertälje, and Trosa.
• Umeå, Autumn 1995: A man saw a line of 6-7 lights that converged into a single pulsating light and disappeared at high speed.

International Observations

• Skellefteå, January 1975: A man and his friends witnessed a large saucer-shaped object hovering about 30 meters above the ground. It emitted an illuminated zone with small, fast-moving orbs. One person approached the object and experienced a strong sensation before it disappeared.
• Umeå, October 1993: A woman reported an encounter with a silent craft with a long nose, spikes, and domes. A being in a white suit emerged, described as having large, black eyes. The craft later emitted a white cloud-like substance before flying away at high speed.
• Artesia, New Mexico, 1995: Jim reported seeing about 12 white, round lights flying in a V-formation at high speed, which he believes were not birds due to their speed and altitude.
• England, 24/2/1979: Mike Sacks and his wife observed a strange orange object that silently descended and hovered over a valley. It later emitted lights from what appeared to be a harbor. Other witnesses, including police, reported similar sightings.
• Iran, 19/9/1976: An Iranian officer observed a large, bright white light hovering over Tehran. A Phantom jet was scrambled to investigate, but the object moved at extreme speed. Later, another Phantom jet was dispatched, and the object fired a ball of light at it, causing the jet to experience electrical failure.

Personal Experiences and Encounters

• Mickleham, Northern Victoria, 1982 or 1983: A woman, around 10 years old, witnessed a classic UFO hovering over a neighbor's paddock. She described it as emitting a soft blue glow. The next morning, she and a neighbor found a perfectly circular imprint in the ground, the size of the craft.
• Everett, Washington, 23/3/1997: Cam observed four beams of light moving rapidly in formation during a lunar eclipse. Later, another formation of lights appeared, moving in the same direction.
• Rutland, Vermont, 3/1/1987: Jim Tarazewich and his girlfriend saw a bright light from a hovering craft. Other cars stopped to observe. The craft was larger than any aircraft Jim had seen in his 6 years in the US Air Force. Later, his girlfriend experienced disturbing dreams and phenomena, including black dogs scratching at their door.

"Test Yourself" Section

This section presents a list of experiences and feelings that, if many apply, might indicate a past contact with UFOs or alien beings. These include memory lapses, paralysis, unexplained marks, seeing lights, dreams of UFOs, a deep interest in ecology, feeling of having an important mission, problems with children, waking up in different locations, unusual fears, and a sense of being watched.

The Roswell Crash

The article details the Roswell incident of July 4, 1947, where a "flying saucer" allegedly crashed. The military initially confirmed the recovery of debris but later claimed it was a weather balloon, with threats made to civilians to ensure silence. Rancher Mac Brazel found fragments and reported them to Major Jesse Marcel. Marcel himself collected debris, including foil-like material and "I-beams" with strange symbols. Witnesses described the material as light and self-straightening. The article mentions that the Roswell incident was reopened by the US Air Force in 1994, with the claim that the object was part of the top-secret "Project Mogul" designed to detect Soviet nuclear tests. It also notes the presence of alien bodies, with one reportedly alive, and their transport to military facilities. Robert Lazar

This section introduces Robert Lazar, who claims to have worked at Los Alamos National Laboratory and later at "Area 51" on Groom Lake Desert. His job was reportedly to dismantle UFOs and study their propulsion systems. He describes being transported to his workplace in a bus with darkened windows and working under heavy security. Lazar claims to have seen a UFO he called the "Sportmodel" and learned about its propulsion system, which uses element 115. He explains that element 115, when bombarded with neutrons, splits to produce matter and antimatter, which then generate gravity waves to propel the craft. He states that UFOs travel in two modes: atmospheric, where gravity amplifiers are focused on a point, and interstellar, where a point in spacetime is targeted. Lazar's public disclosure of this information allegedly led to him losing his job and disappearing from official records. He is noted to have had a "Q" security clearance, the highest level.

Luukanen claimed there is evidence of life on the Moon, citing an astronomer named Grüt Häusen who observed what appeared to be roads and buildings on the lunar surface in 1913. She also mentioned that despite this, the existence of lunar life is not acknowledged.

The Role of the UN and Human Potential

She discussed the United Nations, noting that while 50,000 people work for the UN, only one is employed for peace, contrasting this with 50,000 people working for Disney World. Luukanen also touched upon human potential, stating that humans only use about 10% of their brain capacity and understand only about 8% of what they read. Out of an estimated 10,000,000 species on Earth, only 2,000,000 have been discovered.

Public Beliefs and UFOs

A table presented statistics on belief in telepathy and clairvoyance with the dead: USA (59% telepathy, 24% clairvoyance), Iceland (33% telepathy, 7% clairvoyance, 41% contact with the dead), and England (71% telepathy). Iceland's high percentage for contact with the dead was noted as a record.

Government Secrecy and UFO Reports

Luukanen asserted that the military is responsible for most UFO reports, with civilians accounting for only 10%. She questioned why information is kept secret, suggesting four main reasons: theological upheaval, damage to human ego, collapse of energy industries, and the obsolescence of current university education, leading to new universal laws. She also mentioned that there are humans and extraterrestrials on Mars, which has breathable air.

Historical UFO Activity and Technology

She claimed that UFOs are mentioned in the Bible and in Heseikel. According to Luukanen, Germans developed UFO technology in the 1920s based on telepathically received blueprints, and by the 1940s, UFOs could travel at 40,000 km/h and traverse time tunnels. She presented documents indicating the US military's definition of a UFO as something other than a weather balloon, the Moon, or planets.

Allegations of Military Deception and Alien Interaction

Luukanen accused the army of lying and stated that pilots and military personnel in the USA are forbidden from sharing information about UFOs. In Russia, she claimed, revealing UFO information publicly carried the death penalty. She cited an American astronaut, Gordon, who allegedly spoke out about flying with a UFO in the USA.

UFO Landing and Back-Engineering

In the 1950s, a UFO reportedly landed in Utah, where the military and police surrounded it for investigation, leading to the beginning of back-engineering efforts.

Mass UFO Sightings and Cold War Fears

In the 1960s, there was a significant wave of UFO sightings, with 50-60 UFOs appearing over the Atlantic. This led to fears that the sightings were Russian and could have triggered a third world war.

Personal Encounters and Implants

Luukanen recounted being rescued five times by extraterrestrials, possessing an alien-made implant that alerts them when she is in danger. She mentioned a man who became criminal after receiving a 1970s implant, which was later removed by a doctor, leading to his improvement. She also noted that some individuals in the USA have taken legal action against the implantation of these devices.

Genetic Manipulation and Underground Bases

She spoke of women who have seen underground bases and described tests on humans involving genetic manipulation. These bases are said to contain lakes and cities. Luukanen claimed that a biochip implant can control a person's emotions via computer, making them subservient. She mentioned a directive allegedly signed by Clinton requiring all children to have an implant, and that dogs without implants were not allowed at a dog show.

UFOs and Military Aircraft

A military colonel reportedly witnessed UFOs over mountains and sent planes to intercept them. The UFOs vanished, and the planes had to turn back because their instruments failed due to the UFOs' electromagnetic fields.

First Contact and Automatic Writing

Luukanen described her first contact with UFOs in 1970 when she met a doctor who used to travel with UFOs. She invited them to pick her up for a ride. Later, she saw a UFO land in a meadow behind her house, staying for about 15 minutes. The next day, the local newspaper reported that 100 people had called the police to report a UFO sighting.

Cloning and Energy Forms

Later, during a lecture where attendees were allegedly hypnotized, Luukanen claimed she was taken in her energy form onto a UFO. She underwent medical examinations and was told they were making a copy or clone of her body, which she did not want. Friends later reported seeing her dancing in a tourist resort when she was not physically present. She stated that cloning of humans began 25 years prior, with clones allegedly used for prostitution.

Global Control and UFOs

A computer was reportedly being set up in Tel Aviv, Israel, to control all humans, with everyone's information contained within it. The head of Seti has allegedly received responses from outer space. Earth's magnetic field is changing, requiring compass recalibration every three months, and the planet's energy field is steadily altering.

US Plans and Public Deception

Luukanen alleged that Americans have a plan to deplete oxygen in a US state, using streetlights worldwide to emit electromagnetic waves that could cause leukemia deaths. She claimed this would be blamed on extraterrestrials, with world leaders intending to scare people about aliens to unite the world.

International Protocols and UFOs

In 1973, an international meeting for firefighters reportedly included a discussion on how to react to extraterrestrial contact. While US law prohibited contact with extraterrestrials during the first moon landing, Swedish authorities reportedly saw no obstacle to contact. The US Department of Agriculture advised reporting UFO sightings to veterinarians, which Luukanen interpreted as a sign that they know UFOs exist. She also noted that most alien races perceive humans as animals. Säpo (Swedish Security Service) reportedly advised calling 90.000 if a UFO is sighted.

Information Dissemination and UFO Evidence

Knowledge about UFOs is expected to be released gradually through lectures, films, and books. Japan has announced plans to go public with evidence and has reportedly prepared a museum with spaceships and deceased humanoids in glass cases, though its opening was allegedly postponed due to US pressure.

Legal Cases and UFO Dematerialization

There have been lawsuits against tobacco companies, with a professor testifying that nicotine is not dangerous, allegedly having received $300,000 from nicotine manufacturers. Luukanen mentioned that UFOs can dematerialize objects into atoms. She also stated that when more accurate information about UFOs is released, disinformation increases, and that some scientists are 'bought' to control the public.

Authentic UFO Imagery and Alien Communication

Alleged authentic images of UFO loops taken by cosmonauts are reportedly suppressed by the military, who claim they are electromagnetic fields. Luukanen prefers dialogue over lecturing and stated that the message from space is always light and love. She advised looking aliens in the eyes to receive love, warning that focusing on their bodies can induce fear.

Alien Races and Encounters

Luukanen described meeting various alien races, including a small E.T.-like race. She recounted an experience in Spain where she met beings three to four meters tall, wearing white clothes and black glasses, who were operating on a human's brain. A pear-shaped device was placed between the brain hemispheres, and they used a tool that was a mix of a needle and a knife. Upon waking, her face was full of metal fragments, and she believed she had been operated on.

UFOs and Proof

She noted that attempts to collect UFO-related evidence often result in the evidence disappearing. However, she mentioned alloys found on Earth with properties different from those achievable locally, which are very hard.

Planetary Exploration and Lunar Structures

Luukanen claimed to have visited a planet with purple vegetation. She stated that American astronauts first landed on Mars in 1962 and found air there. She also mentioned that UFOs met astronauts on the Moon, and that there are cities, food, and people on the Moon. In the 1930s, astronomers observed lunar structures growing and shrinking, which she attributed to building and demolition activities.

Historical Records and Alien Encounters

In Russia, Luukanen reportedly saw large maps detailing human history. An astronaut told her about being flown to another planet where he saw the Moon and met deceased relatives who existed in a different energy form. NASA images reportedly show buildings on crater surfaces.

Alien Surveillance and Bases

NASA is aware of 100 alien races, and there are 300 humanoids in South America. Those who crash are sent to the Floyd Patterson base and distributed to underground bases, with the Daiton base in Ohio being well-known. There are many high-level security clearances.
