This highlights the increased potency of energy directed towards someone in a receptive state, such as hypnosis.

A deeper level of healing is described as occurring when the therapist is in a trance state and works on a conscious entity. This "trance healing" involves energy of a more subjective and potent level being sent, capable of traversing significant distances through time and space. An even more profound level is achieved when the trance healer sends healing suggestions to an entity who is in a state of sleep. In this context, the 4th dimension is invoked, where time is considered irrelevant, making the timing of the healing and the patient's sleep state inconsequential.

Enhancing Healing Potency

Cosmic Awareness indicates that its healing techniques often involve visiting entities in their sleep states to enter their consciousness and heal them, which is considered a beneficial technique. The potency of healing is significantly intensified when more than one entity is sending energy to another. This is further enhanced when an entity seeking healing shifts their focus from themselves to another who wishes to be healed. This redirection of focus makes the entity more open to receiving focused energy from others. Therefore, when an entire group sends healing energy toward one another, with each member focused on someone else, the process becomes highly effective for group healing.

Sharing in Healing Procedures

Entities are encouraged to participate in healing procedures by sharing their names with one another and sending healing energies to each person on the list who has requested to be on that list. This practice is recommended to be done before falling asleep, upon awakening, or during periods of relaxation and meditation, particularly when the subjective consciousness is prominent. These times are considered optimal for sending "white light" to those on the list. The process also involves the recipient lying still in their beds upon waking for approximately five minutes, with palms turned upward, to receive the healing energies from the group.

The Monthly Trance Healing List Process

A note to all entities currently on or planning to join the C.A.C. Cosmic Awareness Monthly Trance Healing List is provided. Vicki T., the Correspondence Secretary, has volunteered to compile a list each month of C.A.C. members who have requested a healing. A copy of this list will be mailed to those who request it and wish to participate in cross-energizing. This participation is expected to make both individual and group healings more powerful and effective.

Vicki T. will include the name of the entity and the state to indicate the general vicinity for energizing, but not the full addresses. To receive the cross-energizing list, individuals must send Vicki T. a stamped, self-addressed envelope. The envelope should be addressed to:

Healings are mailed to the Interpreter on the 12th of each month, and the healings are given on the 15th. The list has grown considerably, and requests are now to be confined to emergency situations. Extra names of friends and relatives should not be included unless they are emergency cases. The previous policy of accepting names on a permanent or extended basis has been discontinued. To obtain these trance healings, a written request must be submitted each month, using the form provided in the CAC Booklet #1, "Personal Services Offered to the Membership".
