He also notes a 'spillage of memory erasure' affecting his ability to use his word processor upon returning home, and experiencing pain in his pineal gland when trying to recall the erased memories. Xendra Appears Again This Time in Brazil

The 'Xendra,' described as a luminous arch or an extraterrestrial/interdimensional gateway, reappeared in northern Brazil. Ufologist Eustaquio Andrea Patounas reported that the phenomenon appeared on eight consecutive evenings over the grounds of the Maceio Mar hotel in Maceio, Alagoas. The Xendra appeared shortly after a UFO was sighted over the city. Witnesses, including fishermen, described it as a strange blue portal that energized and hovered over the sea. The Xendra was first seen nearly a year prior in Los Cipresses National Park, Chile, where participants claimed to have entered it and encountered bald-headed aliens. The phenomenon has so far only been reported in South America.

Strange Bi-Pedal Animal in Argentina

In Barrio Peron, Argentina, three residents reported seeing a strange, 2-meter tall bipedal creature. Demetrio Villaba and Nelida del Valle Matarena provided similar descriptions of a hairy creature with clawed hands. Rancher Rogelio Martinez had previously reported a large, humanoid plantigrade that devoured his crops. El Tribuno reported intensified sightings, with one witness describing the creature as waddling and waving its arms.

What Came Down at Salta?

An incident on August 17th, 1995, in Cerro Colorado, Argentina, involved an unidentified flying object falling from the sky. Local residents described the object as cylindrical and that it shook the earth upon exploding. Witnesses Paz Zamana and her husband had previously seen an orange light in the area.

Strange Aircraft in Argentina

Pilot Antonio Galvano observed a large strip of razed land in Cerro Colorado, Argentina, believing it to be the site of a crashed spaceship. Strange English-speaking individuals later worked in the area with helicopters and trucks.

POLITECH

POLITECH, a politics and technology mailing list, featured discussions on 'spybots' designed by Lockheed Martin and the potential for unmanned aircraft to fly over the United States, with applications in homeland defense and domestic police work. The FBI is also reported to be using a fleet of aircraft for surveillance and intelligence gathering on suspected terrorists.

News from Scotland

1. Large UFO Hovers Over Shopping Mall: A headline from UFO ROUNDUP reported a large silver object hovering over Kingsgate Retail Park in South Lanarkshire, Scotland, causing minor accidents as drivers looked at it. The object was described as pulsating and like a television transmitter dish. The East Kilbride UFO Club and ASUFORA are investigating.

2. Fife Encounters: An appeal for witnesses in North-East Fife, Scotland, led to a massive public response, with UFO investigators looking into 19 reports. Sightings included a 'small gold sphere' and several large cigar-shaped objects hovering.

The Mrs V Encounter

The issue begins with a detailed account from a witness identified as Mrs V, who describes an encounter involving a strange light, a tall metallic robot, and a large craft. The incident began when Mrs V's car stopped, and she noticed a brilliant white, hemispherical light. Investigating a potential fault, she heard a humming sound. A tall, dark-coloured metallic robot, over 6ft tall, then appeared and placed a heavy hand on her shoulder, causing her to panic. Mrs V described the robot as having a dark blue metallic sheen, making a knocking sound with movement. It had a small oblong box on its head with a flashing light, and no human features, only vents. Its movements were stiff, and it wore large boots. After the robot removed its hand, Mrs V passed out.

She regained consciousness standing next to the robot, in front of a large, rounded, half-moon shaped object, now emitting a faint glow. This craft, described as some form of machine, was silver-grey like aluminium, supported by thick legs, and estimated to be 20ft high by 40ft across. It had large, oblong windows emitting yellow light, and the humming sound emanated from it. Mrs V passed out a second time.

Upon regaining consciousness, Mrs V found herself inside the craft, strapped to a table in a circular room. Her clothes had been removed, and she was covered by a light-blue blanket. Her wrists and legs were held by rubber bands. The interior was icy cold and uniformly lit. The robot was present, and the room had a domed ceiling with black rubber matting on the floor. The walls had scattered equipment, and a console with buttons, dials, and levers was visible. Two tubes pointed down towards her head. The table was about 4ft wide by 6ft long, covered in soft black rubber, with grey-coloured edges. A tubular rail was fixed to the side of the table.

Three occupants entered the room. They were described as human-looking, 5ft 6ins to 5ft 8ins tall, fair-skinned, and slim. They wore skull caps, facial masks, grey-edged tunics, long gloves, and ankle-length aprons, all in light blue, with thick-soled boots. Their eyes were rounded and emotionless. One man, the examiner, performed an examination without physically touching her. Small grey instruments were used, including a knife to take a nail-paring and a bottle for blood samples. A miniature device was passed over her body. During this, the blanket was removed, leaving her extremely cold. A pencil-like instrument and a black rubber suction object were also used, causing discomfort in the groin area. After shivering badly, she was covered by black blankets. The three men then left the room.

Following this, Mrs V experienced what is described as 'The Assault'. She lay on the table, unable to move except her head. The robot remained immobile. One man came from behind her, lifted the blanket, and stared emotionlessly. He then placed a pin-like device to her thigh, causing numbness and paralysis. Mrs V was then raped by this man. Afterwards, he used a blue, sponge-like cloth to wipe her body before leaving. Before blacking out for the third time, she saw her clothes on the floor and the robot approaching with its light flashing. Her next recollection was being back by her car on the road, feeling weak and scared.

Men in Black and Subsequent Events

Shortly before Christmas 1973, the 'V' family began receiving strange callers and anonymous, locally postmarked letters, totaling about 25 by April 1976. These letters, all in the same ink and handwriting, urged Mrs V to forget the October incident. Her husband instructed her to burn them. Around the same time, two 'characters' visited her home on many occasions, identified as 'Men in Black' (MIB). These visitors, who knew of Mrs V's encounter, warned her to forget what had happened for her own health, welfare, and sanity. They stated that 'it is not in this country's best interests to part with too much information' and that she should 'leave well alone', or she would be 'branded as a lunatic'. The younger MIB stated, 'Keep quiet for a while and no harm will come to you. Everything will be brought out into the open soon and the whole world would know about them. They come in peace and harmony and are worried about your high technology and low intelligence to back it up.' A large, dark-coloured 'diplomat's car' often appeared during these visits.

Mrs V suffered no lasting physical ill effects, but experienced nightmares for two nights. She had previously visited doctors and psychiatrists who insisted her experiences were 'hallucination'.

The Te Kuiti UFO

This section details a sighting by Mrs Tata in Te Kuiti, New Zealand, on December 3, 1978. While retiring for the night, she observed an object in the sky eight times larger than Venus at its closest. The object had a true and perfect oval shape, slightly elongated in the centre, and gave off a reflection from without. A pulsing golden brilliance emanated from its left side, reaching its peak brightness in about 4 seconds before fading. Mrs Tata, a Maori secretary, was described as intelligent and precise in her analysis.

The Philadelphia Experiment and The Montauk Project

The USS Eldridge incident on August 12, 1943, where the ship was rendered invisible and transported from Philadelphia to Norfolk, Virginia, is revisited. Duncan and Edward Cameron, officers on the Eldridge, dived overboard and were picked up at the Montauk facility in New York State. The Cameron brothers were then involved in 'Time-travelling' projects, with Edward (Al Bielek) eventually being age-regressed and placed in a new family. The Montauk Base, decommissioned by the US Air Force in 1969, was reportedly re-opened and operated without government sanction. The US government's 'Phoenix' project in the late 1940s, involving weather control, is mentioned, with information allegedly coming from Dr. Wilhelm Reich, who studied 'orgone energy'. Reich's theories on orgone energy were believed to have been developed into mind control experiments at Montauk.

When the Montauk base was officially closed in 1969, it was turned over to the General Services Administration. However, in 1970-71, it was re-established with personnel from various sectors, operating without traceable government funding. It was discovered that the mood of those on the base could be altered by changing the frequency and pulse duration of the radar. Experiments were conducted using an 'electronic chair' to bombard individuals with electronic pulses, aiming to see how their minds responded to suggestions and to develop widespread mind control.

Advanced psychics were found to be more successful in transferring thoughts into visible format, and the psychic connection was partly responsible for the experiments' collapse. Al Bielek (formerly Edward Cameron) states that aliens provided the expertise and hardware for these projects.

Records of these projects were 'buried in a Black Hole' and only available to a select few. Work on time, other dimensions, and time portals was completed by 1979. The connection between the Philadelphia Experiment (August 12, 1943) and August 12, 1983, was crucial, as was the Earth's biorhythmic cycle. The Cameron brothers returned from 1943 to turn off the power for the Philadelphia Experiment to prevent a 'hole' in the space/time continuum.

The project involved using tramps or homeless individuals as 'witnesses' to report on their experiences after traveling through the tunnels. Preston Nichols recounts how the project controllers manipulated the past and future. He saw 'time videotapes' and had designed the viewer. He mentions that children were also picked up and trained for these experiments. On August 5th, the transmitter was run non-stop, and on August 12th, it 'locked up' with the USS Eldridge, appearing through the portal. Closure of the Montauk Project

The project reached 'apocalyptic proportions', violating natural laws. Four individuals, including Preston Nichols and the Cameron brothers, created a contingency plan to crash the project.
