Yeremenko believes the UFO topic is scandalous, causing scientists, pilots, and astronauts to avoid discussing their experiences. Tina provided scanned documents confirming her relationship with the Department of Defense. She claims to have SAP clearance and access to 'Black Project' information, stating that information is highly compartmentalized. Tina's background is in marketing, and her role involved relaying messages about imminent open contact with an alien race. She believes the last official government-recorded UFO landing and alien visitation occurred in the early 1950s, involving a meeting between three 'Grey' aliens and President Truman. The aliens, described as about three feet tall, expressed relief over the end of WW2 and promised to return. Photographs of these aliens, seen by figures like Stanley Kubrick and Steven Spielberg, have influenced the traditional image of 'Greys.' Tina did not receive information on Roswell or reverse engineering projects.

Tina suggests the aliens seek to establish ties and are technologically advanced, monitoring Earth remotely. They have allegedly given the US government until around 2013 (four years from the email's claim) to prepare for their open landing. She notes that some security figures wish to thwart this, but many in NASA and the Pentagon are positive about the event, indicating a non-unanimous conspiracy to hide the truth. The best course of action, agreed upon by parties, is to delay the announcement to avoid public panic or economic harm. Major churches have been briefed, and the US government has been asked to resolve conflicts in preparation for this event, with Barack Obama's presidency and peace gestures to Iran cited as reasons. Obama is reportedly in daily contact with SETI and communicating directly with the aliens. The aliens indirectly contributed to internet search engines, with limited contact through SETI, aiming to understand Earth before their arrival. It's believed search engine algorithms are based on their telepathic communication methods.
