Do We Have a Treaty With Aliens From Space?

The treaty of April 1964 is detailed as a contract with Zeta Reticuli and the 'Network,' a group of mercenary aliens referred to as 'Unity.' In exchange for special atomic technology, atomic spaceships, beam technology, beam weapons, and thought beam technology (requiring electronic nerve-modifying implants for communication), the aliens were granted underground bases, periodic human abductions (with lists to be provided to MJ-12), assistance with processing atomic fuel, and access to minerals, water, and raw products.

However, shortly before 1979, MJ-12 discovered the aliens' true intentions at their secret underground base in Dulce, New Mexico. The abductions were not for monitoring a developing civilization but for illegal genetic engineering experiments to secure a crossbreed from human females. Abductees were found to have Electro-Implants for monitoring and control, and posthypnotic suggestions were used. Furthermore, humans and cows were being used for glandular secretions, enzymes, blood, and hormonal secretions, as well as for food and hallucinogenic drugs.

Fifteen years after the treaty, human scientists at Dulce risked their lives to expose the truth. An 'Alpha team' attempted to free these scientists but suffered heavy losses, with 66 scientists perishing and only 44 freed. The base remained under the control of the Grays.

Distrust between the U.S. and the alien network escalated in 1979. The 'Orange group' of aliens was hostile, believing the U.S. had used a radioelectric beam to shoot down their ships in the late 1940s. The U.S. claimed this beam was an experimental Air Traffic Control system, not a weapon. The aliens, unaware of the radar's 'lock-on' capability, lost several ships.

The U.S. also discovered human body parts in crashed alien saucers. Following this, sixteen 'ambassadors' from each side were exchanged. The sixteen Orange group members were held in New Mexico, and fifteen died under unknown circumstances. The Orange group mistakenly believed the U.S. killed their ambassadors for autopsies, leading to the humans not being returned.

In 1979, the U.S. tested its first atomic-powered spaceship at 'Network' headquarters in Archuleta Mesa, Dulce, New Mexico, and received beam weapons from the aliens. However, these weapons could only be operated by the aliens and could not be used against them, causing government objections. The aliens offered to man the weapons if the U.S. was attacked. Later, the atomic-powered spaceship crashed, leading to suspicions of sabotage and nearly causing a war.

Dulce was closed for about two years, but the aliens maintained other secret bases globally. The issue also mentions 'Mass-Spacers' in orbit.

Sandy Linker Saw a Deep Underground Mountain Base

Sandy Linker claims to have seen a 'MOTHER BASE' inside a remote mountain range in northern Arizona. He recounts seeing flying saucers emerge from the mountains near a remote corral in the Hualapai Mountains in 1952. He also describes being within 300 feet of a hovering UFO, about the size of a two-story house, which emitted a silvery-blue light that burned his eyes and stopped his car's engine. He found a singed circle where a craft had landed, with indentation marks.

Alternative 3

According to the book 'Alternative 3,' the U.S. and U.S.S.R. first learned of three 'alternatives' in 1957 from Dr. Carl Gerstein. The first alternative, to blow holes in the stratosphere with nuclear bombs to release CO-2, was abandoned due to the risk of excess cosmic radiation. The second alternative was to colonize underground caverns to protect Earth from overheating or an ice age. The third alternative proposed colonizing Mars to escape the Greenhouse Effect using revolutionary technology, with ordinary people potentially used as slave labor.
